Event Details
Kait Ahlin runs a gardening and homesteading website, kaitsgarden.com. She started saving seeds as a teenager and now teaches how to save seeds for the preservation of rare and unique heirloom varieties. Join Kait as she discusses plant life cycles, illustrates what seed savers need to know about heirloom, open-pollinated, and hybrid plants, and demonstrates how to save seeds from biennials and store them so they will last for years.
