North Valley Public Library is once again partnering with the Town of Stevensville to bring you another amazing, this time a bit spooky, StoryWalk®! StoryWalk® is an innovative and delightful way for children — and adults! — to enjoy reading and the outdoors at the same time. Pages from a children's book are displayed along an outdoor path. As you stroll down the path, you're directed to the next page in the story. Join in the fun starting on Monday, October 19 starting at 9 am. The walk begins on the Stevensville Bike Path, right past the Scarecrow Festival Scarecrows. You can visit the walk any time during the day and it will be displayed for the entire week. Our story will be The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything by Linda Williams. Please practice social distancing while you participate.

StoryWalks® have been installed in 50 states and 12 countries including, Germany, Canada, England, Bermuda, Russia, Malaysia, Pakistan and South Korea! They are always received with appreciation. StoryWalk® was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and has developed with the help of Rachel Senechal, Kellogg-Hubbard Library.
