Event Details

Take your holiday game to a whole new level by learning to cook with spruce, fir, and pine. A newly trendy yet centuries old practice, conifers give enchanting flavor to dishes ranging from soup to sauces, salmon to venison, cookies to cocktails, and more. We will make a simple recipe during the program and participants will go home with plenty of recipes and inspiration.
