Just in time for the adult Summer Reading Challenge! This informal book club is a 2-part program on selected chapters from Robin Wall Kimmerer's Braiding Sweetgrass, one of the Summer Reading Challenge recommended nonfiction books. We will do activities and crafts inspired by the book and designed to help us engage deeper with our surroundings.
Participants will be provided a library copy of Braiding Sweetgrass. Please plan on attending Part I on July 13 and Part II on August 17.
Note: You will receive the book at Part I of this book club and are not expected to have read any of the text before attending.
