Craft Start Time Rule
Programs begin promptly. Please arrive on time. In order to ensure that everyone has time to complete their craft and receive the full instructions, registrants who arrive more than 10 minutes late to craft programs are welcome to stay and watch cannot participate.
No-Show Rule
When you register but do not come, or when you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, you prevent someone on the waitlist from being able to enjoy the program. Registrants who are no-shows or cancel less than 24 hours before the start time of a craft program will be transferred to the waitlist of the next craft program they register to attend if the program is full.
